  • I trained with Noah for about a year. Due to my job as a firefighter and an active lifestyle having a balanced workout was very important. Noah kept my goals, and past injuries in mind throughout our training together. He was able to modify various exercises to allow me to complete them, and be mindful of my back/mobility issues. Noah’s dedication to my goals and health even extended to putting together workouts and a meal plan to help me reach my goals in a healthy and efficient way.   • I would recommend Noah’s training to everyone. As someone who deals with Scholiosis, I've been trying to find a good program to take care of my body. After trying several online classes, I was feeling very unsatisfied and didn't notice an improvement. I was getting hurt after workouts and in a lot of back pain.   • I've been working with Noah for about 6 months now as a remote training client and have had a great experience. His programming includes a monthly catch up call (very helpful), weekly check in's via text to stay in touch along the way, and a google sheet set up to track progress. Noah will also encourage you to send him videos of your form for the various movements. This is incredibly helpful to make sure you are getting the most out of the movements and I would say essential to having a successful remote training outcome. I went into the program looking for direction in my work outs. Previously I would go to the gym and do a few random movements and call it a day. Noah has now put me on a plan and path to reach my fitness goals. Over the last few months I have 100% noticed a difference in how I look and feel overall. I would highly recommend working with Noah to help you reach your fitness goals.

I started working with him initially because I was trying to heal my rotator cuff and I saw he specialized in mobility and recovery.   • I've been working with Noah for about a year and a half and could not be happier with him as my trainer. His remote training program is excellent, and he is always available to answer any questions I have. Noah caters workout plans based on my goals, and pivots them as needed, which is a huge help to me as I travel so much for work. I was having a hard time staying in shape and meeting my fitness goals while bouncing from hotel gym to hotel gym, but Noah was able to design a program for me that allowed me to stay consistent while traveling and see great results. I used Noah’s services for remote training, nutrition training, and personal training over the span of 18 months, and he truly changed my life in more ways than one.   • I've been working with Noah as my in person trainer for about 8 months and I couldn't be happier with him. I'd never lifted weights before and was nervous about starting training, but he was amazing at making me feel comfortable in a gym and teaching me correct form. He understands my goals (strength training and weight loss) and keeps us focused on the results.
